Phase 1: Priming Your Body

Designed to introduce clients to exercise and prepare them for upcoming phases. Selection of exercises that all able bodied individuals can safely perform. No squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, cleans, jerks, etc. Simple motions in all planes of movement.

 

Phase 2: Metabolic Hypertrophy

Regional strength exercises supersetted with full ROM exercises. High volume, designed to metabolically wear out musculature.

Same concept. Simple exercises that anyone can perform at any gym.

 

Phase 3: Eccentric Hypertrophy

Regional strength exercises supersetted with an eccentric overload.

Same concept. Simple exercises that anyone can perform at any gym.

 

Phase 4: Maintenance

Regional strength exercises designed to allow for an active deload.
