  • Fitness programs are created based on your goals, fitness level, schedule, and access to equipment (or none)​​

  • Accountability check-ins are performed through the app and frequency varies based on program level: 

    • Basic - 1x per week​

    • Advanced - 3x per week 

    • Ultimate - 5x per week

  • Video Check-in add-on:

    • 15 min - $15 or 5 for $50​

    • 30 min - $25 or 5 for $105

  • Each program includes a custom 4 week fitness program, nutrition plan, nutrition coaching, accountability check-ins, and a 30 day supply of Herbalife Nutrition products based on the type of package and level you choose
